Learn more about English history while you are in London with a visit to the Foundling Museum.

You will learn about the UK's first children's charity, which was founded in the 18th century to take care of abandoned children ("foundlings"). The artist William Hogarth and composer George Friedrich Handel were among its supporters.

It is also an art gallery, as many artists donated work to the charity.

This is a fascinating and unique museum which should not be missed!
