Cite this for me at http://www.citethisforme.com is a free (in its basic version) online citation generator with a variety of paid-for premium add-ons. It allows you to choose from a wide variety of different citation styles, including Cite Them Right 10th Edition. However, as with any automated citation tool, it's only as accurate as the metadata it obtains from the source, and, if the metadata lacks e.g. authors' names or journal titles, the references will need checking and editing. For example, this is what just relying on the automation produced for three random sources:

Citation Machine

Citation Machine at http://www.citationmachine.net is another free online tool. Unlike Cite This for Me it doesn't have any premium paid-for options. The usual caveats about metadata apply; see below for how well it coped with the same three random sources. Note that some are more complete, some less so. One attractive feature is that it explicitly tells the user what is missing from the reference it's generated.

BibMe

BibMe from http://www.bibme.org is similar to Citation Machine (both come from the same company), both in functionality and appearance, and seems to draw on the same databases as its results are broadly similar:

It also offers a plagiarism checker.

Harvard Generator

Harvard Generator at http://www.harvardgenerator.com, unlike the others, isn't really an automated system, as it requires you to add more detail by hand - title, author, date, etc - and though this does make it more accurate, it begs the question a little. It's purely automated elements, by comparison, are somewhat less accurate:
